There are new structures generated in the world. Here is a list of the most important ones:

Hunter Trainer house

Generated in some villages.
Has some garlic growing outside.
Home of a Hunter Trainer.

Church

Generated in some villages.
Looks like a normal church. Has an Altar of Cleansing which can be used to cure you of vampirism
